Using the tools

LetBuildCalc offers preliminary construction quantity and cost estimates for general information. You remain responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, waste allowances, local material specifications and supplier rates.

Not engineering approval

Conceptual floor plans, beam/slab quantities and steel estimates are not stamped architectural drawings, structural designs or building permits. Consult qualified local architects and engineers before construction or structural decisions.

Accuracy and availability

Results may be approximate or inaccurate. Features can change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee actual material requirements, prices, profits, construction compliance or uninterrupted service.

Permitted use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or present estimates as certified engineering work. You may use your own results to plan and discuss projects, subject to independent checks.

Payments

No premium subscription or online payment service is activated in this release. Future paid terms, refund details and cancellation procedures will be shown before any purchase.
