Unique structural schedule
Room wall method double-counts shared boundaries; select unique wall runs for reliable masonry quantities. Room slabs and building slabs are mutually exclusive.
Local rates and project costs
Rates are manual. Changing currency clears all rates; currency exchange is NOT automatic.
Project BOQ
Overlapping slab/beam/column concrete at intersections is not geometrically deducted. Engineer review required before ordering materials. Room schedule assumes rectangular rooms. Rates of zero mean omitted cost, not free material.
